Orders & Shipping

PAÑPURI wants to make Holistic Wellness as accessible and your ordering process as easy as possible. Please see below for information regarding Shipping and Returns.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Add Product to Cart
    You can choose your desired product by using the search option and then select the size and quantity before selecting Add to Cart (Limited to 6 pieces per product).
  2. Choose a Gift / Use a Discount Code
    You can select the shopping bag in the upper righthand corner to see your Order Summary, Shipping Details and Estimated Total. In this step, you can add the gift once you’ve reached the specified amount and enter the discount code (if any).
  3. Order Summary
    Press checkout to finalize your order details and to check the number of products and estimated total. You can also choose to our gift wrapping services at this step. (Free gifting service when purchasing THB 4,000 or pay an additional THB 100)
  4. Sign In or Register (If you are a already signed in, skip to next t step)
    Sign in or Register so that you can fill in the shipping address and invoice. This step can be accessed by
    • Sign in via website
    • Register via Facebook
    • Temporary use
    • New registration
  5. Complete your payment
    • 5.1. Check buyer’s information, delivery address and fill in the delivery address for the tax invoice (if any)
    • 5.2. Choose a payment method via K Payment Gateway system.
      • Credit and debit card
      • Payment through the bank’s website via the QR code (Internet Banking) or you can scan the QR code through the bank’s app.
      • Pay via WeChat
      • Pay via Alipay
      *Please make payment within 24 hours or the system will automatically cancel the order.
    • 5.3. Check the details of your Order Summary once again before making payment
    • 5.4. If your payment is successful, please wait until the system displays a ‘Thank you’ page and the Order Number
    • 5.5. You will receive an Order Confirmation in your email.     • 5.6. You can check your order status under Personal Information > My Order

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Standard deliveries within the Bangkok Metropolitan area will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. For other provinces outside of Bangkok, your orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days and depending on the confirmation payment process of each order. However, please note orders that are made after 12 am (midnight) will be recorded as the next day’s order.

Shipments will occur between Weekday*, free of charge within Thailand for every order worth THB 1,000 or above.

*Except for public and bank holidays
*Orders made during the holidays will be shipped by the next working day
*PANPURI reserves the right to ship orders with authorized payments only

CANCELLATION

Once your order has been processed, PANPURI will not be able to cancel your order. However, if you encounter an issue with the products or delivery process, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section for more information.

*Orders may be canceled due to unsuccessful payment authorization.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

You can return any item purchased on PANPURI within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
  4. Use the Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
