Q: What are the levels of membership available?

PAÑPURI First membership program has three tiers of membership starting from white and progressing through grey and black. Your status is determined by your level of spending at participating PAÑPURI counters or PAÑPURI organic spa in Thailand.
WHITE
With THB 5,000 net purchase (after discount) in a single receipt at participating PAÑPURI counters or PAÑPURI organic spa in Thailand.
GREY
With THB 15,000 net purchase (after discount) in a single receipt or accumulated receipts of THB 15,000 over 6 months (consecutive) at participating PAÑPURI counters or PAÑPURI organic spa in Thailand.
BLACK 
With THB 30,000 net purchase (after discount) in a single receipt or accumulated receipts of THB 30,000 over 6 months (consecutive) at participating PAÑPURI counters or PAÑPURI organic spa in Thailand.

Q: How do I renew my membership?

Members must re-qualify to sustain their membership status each membership year.
WHITE
Must spend THB 5,000 over a one-year period to renew your white membership status for another year.
GREY
Must spend THB 15,000 over a one-year period to renew your grey membership status for another year.
BLACK
MUST spend THB 30,000 over a one-year period to renew your grey membership status for another two years.

Q: How can I become a grey member?

You can be upgraded to grey tier when you spend THB 15,000 or accumulate THB 15,000 over a 6-month period.

Q: How can I become an black member?

You can be upgraded to black tier when you spend THB 30,000 or accumulate THB 30,000 over a 6-month period.

Q: Will my PAÑPURI First membership card and my points expire?

Membership status and points will expire if there’s no account activity.
WHITE
Membership status will expire 1 year from joining date. Rewards points will be valid as long as the membership tier status remains active.
GREY
Membership status will expire 1 year from joining date. Rewards points will be valid as long as the membership tier status remains active.
BLACK
Membership status will expire 2 years from joining date. Rewards points will be valid as long as the membership tier status remains active.

Q: Where is the PAÑPURI First membership number located on the virtual card?

The PAÑPURI First membership number contains 9 digits and is located under the barcode.

Q: How do I earn my PAÑPURI First membership points?

You must inform the staff/ beauty advisor that you are a PAÑPURI First member to earn points with every purchase made at participating PAÑPURI counters or PAÑPURI organic spa in Thailand.
PAÑPURI PRODUCT
Earn 1 PAÑPURI First rewards point with every THB 25 spent.
PAÑPURI ORGANIC SPA
Earn 1 PAÑPURI First rewards point with every THB 50 spent.

Q: Where can i check my PAÑPURI First membership point balance?

There are three ways to check your points:

  • Inquire from the following PAÑPURI counters: gaysorn shopping centre, centralworld, central chidlom, centralplaza ladprao, siam paragon, centralfestival pattaya beach, the emporium, jungceylon, maya lifestyle shopping center, siam discovery, zen department store, and samui airport & PAÑPURI organic spa at gaysorn shopping centre

Q: Where can I redeem the PAÑPURI First points? What documents do I need to present?

If you wish to redeem your points, please visit all PAÑPURI shops/ counters in Thailand and present your original identification card or passport (for foreigners).

Q: Can I redeem the same reward more than once?

Yes, you may redeem a reward as many times as you wish as long as you have sufficient points and the particular reward is available.

Q: Can I transfer my PAÑPURI First points to other cardholders?

PAÑPURI First points are not transferable from one member to another.

Q: Can I use the PAÑPURI First membership card with other promotional offer/ gift voucher?

The PAÑPURI First membership card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or gift vouchers.

Q: Can I earn PAÑPURI First membership points if I forget to bring my PAÑPURI First membership card?

Yes, you can earn your PAÑPURI First membership points even without your membership card by informing any of our staff/ beauty advisor with your name-surname or telephone number.

Q: What benefits will I receive when I redeem my PAÑPURI First membership rewards points?

When you redeem your PAÑPURI First membership rewards points, you are qualified to receive exclusive PAÑPURI products and services as well as vouchers from PAÑPURI partners.
